The 2025 Pac-Man Classic Special Edition release from Arcade1up features digital bezels displayed during gameplay. While some may use cabinet art or cropped screenshots, others are...quite odd.

The bezel for Pac-Man Plus features fanart of Pac-Man illustrated by @ToonsCosmic. His art was originally for promotional use for Pac-Man Plus Mobile Rewritten, his remake of the cell phone version of Pac-Man Plus for modern devices. You can find this remake here: https://cosmictoons.itch.io/pac-man-plus-mobile-rewritten Mappy's bezel features a cropped screenshot of ShiftyLook's Mappy animated series. Along with the fact that Dig Dug and SkyKid aren't characters in the original game, this division of Bandai Namco has been shut down all the way back in 2014. This is the first time anything from it has ever resurfaced in an official capacity. While King & Balloon uses an image of the arcade marquee, it still contains the logo for the game's original USA distributor, GamePlan Inc. The bezel for The Tower of Druaga uses graphics not from the original game, but from its later home port on the PC Engine / TurboGrafx-16.

A selection of the English comics drawn by Kou Ozawa used before each character section in Fighters Mega Book, a movelist and guide to the Saturn game, Fighters Megamix. They're all in English too!

The single-page Akira comic from Fighters Mega Book, a Japanese guidebook. In it, Akira fights with an unknown combatant using his signature moves like the Tetsuzanko with onomatopoeia FU! FLAP! HUNK! FU! HA! and CRASHHH punctuating each hit. With the combatant on the ground, Akira says, "U too early as 10 year!". The single-page Grace comic from Fighters Mega Book, a Japanese guidebook. In it, a man asks Grace in her civillian clothes, "How about enjoy a cup of tea with me?" to which she responds, "I don't like whimpy guys like you". He says, "Whimp? Who me? Though I look this way, I have enter into the next "Nuts Crack." [This is the name of the fighting tournament that takes place in Fighting Vipers]. Grace kicks him with a resounding KRAK as he shouts OUCH! and WOOOO. Blowing a kiss with a CHUP, Grace says, "See? I told you that you are a whimp." The single-page Bark comic from Fighters Mega Book, a Japanese guidebook. In it, Bark's air conditioning unit is broken with a sign reading "Break down" as he swelters, commenting "The heat will kill me". He makes a phone call, asking, "Oh, hello? Electric shop? I want to order some things..." and a load of refridgerators are delivered to him, to which he excitedly says, "Yeah! How about this!! This must be cool!". However, he only has one electrical outlet, commenting, "OH, SHIT!" The single-page Hornet comic from Fighters Mega Book, a Japanese guidebook. In it, the Hornet and Gallop cars are racing with a VROOOOM!! as the commentator says, "It's the final lap of this race!! But we still don't know what'll happen. Is it the Hornet? Or the Gallop?" followed by a close-up of Hornet's water temp dial. The engine explodes with a BOM! and the commentary continues, "Oh! The Hornet has blow! And the hood has blown away! Is this the end for the Hornet? The goal is right there. Who is the champ?". With a PUT... PUT... PUT..., Hornet makes it past the finish line, with the commentary ending, "It's the Hornet! The Hornet has cut the goal smoking! Even though the engine has blown, it has reach the goal at top posession Hornet! Your cool!!"
