Friends to lovers? Roommates to lovers?? Lmao Raf spends a long time trying to call his feelings for Margie anything other than Love, because he believes romantic relationships become inevitabley & insatiabley transactional, leading to resentment.
And Margie is just happy to meet him where he's at.
