You ARE enough, but only if you believe it. We must keep going. We all get rejection and it hurts and that's ok, but it is not what defines us and we musnt let it control us or use it as a means to garner attention. We are all better and worth more than that. Believe in yourselves ❤️

You can choose to wallow in sadness and self hate, or you can understand that this is just how things are and people get rejection ALL the time for all things. It is something we all deal with. If you wallow then you will not be confident. You have to have self worth & love in order to push forward.

Its unfair to assume that just because someone doesnt vocalize their disappointment that they aren't disappointed. Trust me, it hurts everyone to see a rejection email. However, it's about how you get back up from it and learn from it that will decide how you move forward and strengthen who you are.
