Robinhood's authentication system is completely insane. If you lose your phone you can get completely locked out and it's impossible to get live support.

Their selfie identification system fails repeatedly.

It's just amazing that such a big company can have such broken software.

Robinhood's authentication absolutely sucks! If you get locked out of your account it's IMPOSSIBLE to get support.

Literally been going in circles ALL DAY LONG to try and get access to my account. Lost thousands of dollars because I could not trade.
