Watched “The Menu” tonight and definitely enjoyed it. My biggest takeaway, though, is that Nicholas Hoult is always so freakin good in everything he does.

Made some super delicious homemade birria tonight! 😋 Even went out and found some goat to make it the traditional way. Should’ve taken more pics to show how tasty it was. It was a hit with everyone! 🐐

Feeling pretty accomplished after this ride today! Solo ride today and it went perfectly. Pushed myself for those last ~10 miles to try keep the average speed above 15 mph and I made it with plenty of room to spare! 💪

Completed a metric century on the bike today! The imperial century might be a bit harder. 💪🚴
