Well, there's less available land to build on so it would make sense there is less building happening. How about a chart showing the amount of available land that is buildable. Is the expectation to use open space/farm land for more homes?

I would vote for him over any of the current candidates, though I'd like him to have more experience in the executive branch of local and state government. I'm not sure he has the personality to lead the craziness that is California liberal politics. Newsom is challenged to keep it together.
