Capitalism poisoned nostalgia so much that some people can’t seem to enjoy nostalgia of *any* kind now. Not all nostalgia is bad? So what if you like a seasonal food or family tradition just because of nostalgia?? It’s fine!! Let yourself enjoy harmless things and warm fuzzy memories.

These self-proclaimed "Marxists" who attack the working class just because they wanna eat absolutely do not have society's best interests in mind. They operate on self-gratification under the guise of leftist ideology so they don't receive the same condemnations as the ones who are obvious about it.
Just saw someone claim that authors who want to be paid for their work are "class traitors" because we "only let the wealthy" read our books, and I think I need to go into the woods to scream into the night for a bit.

I don't think piracy is evil. I believe piracy is most ethical (in fact, a necessity) at corporate entities/systems. piracy is often the most authentic way history is recorded and archived. and piracy often acts as communal promotion among impoverished or geo-locked fan bases.... but also, come on

I think I've always wanted to be an artist of some kind since middle school, despite my parents advised against it as a career path, but Ive always loved drawing characters and making comics, but as soon as I graduated high school, it all kinda stopped.
