🔎 There is plenty of evidence showing how these interventions can improve efficiency if implemented appropriately in the local context.

This is in contrast to a 'business-as-usual' scenario where investment in production efficiency is low, so growing demand is met through increasing animal numbers and a corresponding rise in absolute greenhouse gas emissions.

This means supporting investment in measures that improve productivity while reducing the relative amount of greenhouse gases produced per unit of meat, milk and eggs. 🍖🥛🍳
