911 called. Ambulance and fire show up. Cops no where to be seen. It took 10 mins for the damn ambulance to show up. I left once they arrived as I didn’t witness anything and the driver remained on the scene. But cops, nope they couldn’t bother

I only think of the US when I hear Pacific Northwest (it’s Washington and Oregon) I never think to include Canada in with that descriptor of the region. I live in Vancouver.
