I’ve seen the stuff from the 1980s to now. My wife was in a group attacked by Combat 18 in 1994. European away games in 20+ countries. You learn who the really bad guys are and who’s just there for the macho banter. I’m not a security guy but I’d have been ‘concerned’ about this team.

The celeb version isn’t as good as the ordinary one because you know the characters already (and they play up to that) rather than finding out about about them along the way. It’s a cracking mix of game theory and social anthropology.

The PE thing is why you see the same restaurant chains everywhere. Compare with France, Italy and Spain, where the tax advantages don’t kick in and you see much more diversity
