My best friend growing up had four brothers that played hockey and their equipment bags always reeked. There was a designated closet downstairs where the bags had to stay because it bothered everyone otherwise.

Yes! they still aren't even married yet by book 3, maybe even book 4? They were starting their own newspaper I think? They were traveling together even when unmarried.

Absolutely not in A Rogue of One's Own - they still aren't yet married in subsequent books. She is still leading the feminist charge. Tristan/Lord Ballentine is actively helping her. They are starting their own newspaper I think?

I thought I might be alone on the Raveonettes part - good to see I'm not!

I've got this one sitting in storage until after Christmas - greatly looking forward to it and happy to hear there is a sequel.

Poor Mr. Salvatore! Really flying under the radar.

Then I remember being so happy for him to see our local B&N carry his books - was really impressed to see them support local writers that way.

Wasn’t until I went to college that I found out his actual level of success 😬

Ok so funny story. RA Salvatore is from the city next to me. I had no idea growing up who he was - no one in my family read fantasy. So when he came as part of career day to my HS I signed up for his session out of pity bc I felt bad for the local author who might not have anyone in his session 😆
