Definitely. Adding (a hopefully fit and back to form) Mitoma into the mix as well as even possibly Solly, make our ability to stretch both sides of the pitch invaluable and as you say with the underlapping, really tough to set up against.

Overall really solid when we needed to be and dangerous on the attack. Didn't realise quite how many chances we created in the first 20 mins, had the chance to inflict a 0-7 on them. Baleba not starting was key to it all I think. Hoping this is the team finally settling this season 🙏

The link up play finally clicked and the movement and triangles all came together consistently. Thought Georgi was still off his disruptive best on dribbling with the ball, but a cracking assist for the first goal. Minteh ran his socks off as always and rightly got a breather at the end.

I was very much of the opinion a month ago or so that we need to keep the faith with him and he will play himself back into form, but it's gone on way too long now and we can't keep playing first halves with ten men. Let him come on as a sub if we're ever a couple of goals up instead.

And does lead to people feeling we're getting lucky with these comeback wins. Drop Baleba and hopefully Georgi gets his spark back in front of goal soon and things will likely feel a lot better, even if results are already pretty good.

Saw we are the only (or one of the only) teams not to have conceded a counter attack goal this season, something which was a huge issue last year. So that definitely feels like progress. I think the style being very different from Potter and RDZ's preference for control is a very good point.

But then if Baleba had turned up this season and if Georginio had played like last season, we'd look far more cohesive. I've got worries about the consistency during each game, but the difference last season's Baleba and Georginio would make to this team is being overlooked a fait bit I think.

League position wise it feels we're underperfoming, but saying we're 3 points off 4th place is pretty decent. The consistency of performance rather than result is the worrying part in my mind.
