Next year I have to start back working out and taking outdoor walks. I need it for my mental and physical health. This weight is killing me and I tried semaglutide but I have gall bladder issues so I was just nauseated all the time. I gotta lose weight the old fashioned calorie counting way 😒🙄

Plus I went to the movies 15 times. I’ve only consumed 14 books which stinks but that’s partly because I’ve been doing more outdoor events and I can’t listen to audiobooks while sewing.

I saw Choir Boy at Karamu. Went to a Cavs playoff game. Went to another Cavs game last month. Went to several concerts including: Tamar Braxton w/ October London, The Clipse with Earthgang, The 4 Queens Tour w/my Gemini sister Patti Labelle and my icon Chakha. I saw the Takashi Murakami exhibit.
