Yeah I don’t disagree their certainly over performing but they also over performed last year. Mets org has proven they can maximize pitching performance

Yep just like Baty has basically inserted himself as the starter through great play I think alvy needs to prove himself. His at bats are often horrific.

yeah i mean 9 games is 9 games impressive regardless. but they will revert back to mean when their schedule tightens just like any other team.

Alvarez was/is an exciting prospect but hes battled two serious hand injuries. Torrens should be the starter.
