Had a wonderful time at the GYPSY opening with my daughter Danielle and Andre DeShields. Audra McDonald acted the hell out of Rose and would have made Arthur Laurents proud. Arthur always wanted to see a Black Rose, and I was the first to fulfill his wish. Now Audra is doing it on Broadway! Brava! 😘
