Simply incredible views tonight. What a night in Northern California, get out here sometime if you can.

If you draw a straight line away from us, the next landmass you’d hit is Alaska. (Please just agree that line is straight, ok? Be cool y’all)

Day 4: We drove into the heart of the woods to see a giant Western Red Cedar tree, had misty morning beach adventures at Kalaloch, hiked to The Tree of Life, and left our (temporary) mark on the landscape at low tide.

Day 3: An early morning at Rialto Beach, checking out low tide at Second Beach, and some time at the NW-most point in the contiguous US; Cape Flattery.

Day 2 was a trip to the Hoh Rainforest and Sol Duc Falls. Much less elevation gain but still a solid 5-6 miles total.

1800ft elevation gain in ~2.5 miles is NOT easy. She’s a trooper, glad I married her. #Honeymoon #MtStormKing
