From the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office Regarding the 5-year-old victim assaulted in a field near East 148th Street and St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland: The investigation is ongoing. We are actively receiving information and evidence. Based on the evidence we have currently reviewed, two juveniles have been initially charged, a 10-year-old female and 9-year-old male. The two juveniles have been initially charged with: one count of attempted murder; four counts of rape; two counts of felonious assault; one count of kidnapping; and one count of strangulation.
