Living on a hill that overlooks NY Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. Hoping that Liberty remains something more than just a statue in a harbor.

He's regressing to childhood. Completely unregulated, infantile.

The other fun thing is, their districts are much smaller. In effect, the average citizen has 650% of the representation an American has in Congress. With smaller districts and more representation, gerrymandering virtually disappears.

You give your lunch money to the bully, and he knows where to get lunch money.

You punch the bully in the face, and he'll get his lunch money elsewhere.

More face-punching, please.

Melt value of the gold bar is worth something over $130,000. Under no circumstances is a President allowed to accept a personal gift/bribe that size. I note he hasn't handed it over to the Treasury, either.

Serial killer. A deranged, bloodthirsty villain.

We need a new Constitution, something more like Canada's.

A PM makes more sense than a separately elected President. And their Cabinet ("Ministry") consists entirely of elected Members of Parliament. No weird schmucks from friends, industry or news media. And if it's not working, NEW ELECTION!

Was just outside here in NYC. For a second, I thought you meant the weather.

Meanwhile, besides his approval ratings, Trump's intellect is dropping sharply. His insults sound like those of a nasty child now. He needs a good spanking and to have his toys taken away.

Turn that enthusiasm loose on formal events, and WOW!
November 29, 2025 at 12:49 AM
Trump is easily the most corrupt, lying, filthy, monstrous, murderous sack of excrement on the planet. Murdering foreign fishermen on evidence-free allegations of trafficking while pardoning Federally proven, convicted kingpins and masterminds.

"Probably?"

We are WELL past probably!

The only dancing we did at that age was square dancing in gym. Speaking of gym, those kids could have beaten any gymnasts in our high school team on floor exercises, pommel horse, and parallel bars!

I think many would agree that "No survivors" might be the proper way to handle the Trump Administration.

I don't have enough data (or time and skill) to prove it, but I strongly suspect that we're spending (including lost taxes for pretax benefits and deductions) more now in public monies (never mind private) on health stuff than it would cost to actually do it.

Republicans don't "clean up messes," they MAKE them.

Obama cleaned up Bush's 2008 markets crash and booming deficits.

Trump blew up the budget again, mishandled the pandemic, lost millions of jobs.

Biden closed the budget gap, restarted the economy, restored alliances.

Trump fucks it all again.

Medicare for all would be the equivalent of Canada's single-payer system.

Or, you could even duplicate the UK's NHS by building out VA Health to cover everyone -- buy hospitals and medical offices and hire enough doctors, nurses, and staff to treat everyone. Would totally end fraud and overbilling.

To be fair, Trump has no idea how ANYTHING works. At this point he can barely manage complete sentences.

Lost income taxes on pre-tax group health policies.
Individual deductions for medical expenses.
Subsidies for PPACA coverage.
All the state and local taxes to support state, county, and city hospitals and health systems.
The VA Health system.
Indian Health system.
Other Public Health efforts.

Medical insurance companies do not add any value to the health system. They siphon funds away.

Medicare operates with very low overhead and has demonstrated its value over decades. It could easily be moved to the general budget and expanded to cover everyone.

Think of what it replaces:

Maybe the check should at least be large enough to bury a family member after they die of a curable malady because you couldn't afford treatment?

I meant, they're not getting to the markets where I am.

Long story short: The US is contributing precisely NOTHING to a peace deal. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Nichto.

I love clams and oysters, but I won't buy them if they're not in a tagged sack or basket, and mostly I want them from Canadian waters. Hmmm... haven't seen any worth buying since Trump started in with the tariffs.

The entire Administration and everything that comes out of it is attributable to Trump. These are his hand-chosen instruments. Miller's main characteristic, if anyone cares (I don't) is that he's less stupid than Trump, but like you said, it's ALL Trump's doing/speech, directly or otherwise.
