arms are a bit too high, but there's only so much you can do :V

initially thought of this as more like a papier-mâché construct hiding the fact that Roxanne is, in fact, inflated, though with the shape i wound up giving her i didn't think it would be that effective :V

anyways I'm still 100% accepting new ideas. i think the only caveat is that I'd lean away towards tome units (staves are fine), because i wanna use Engage's joke food weapons for this and Céline is locked in

(timerra and clair kinda contradict this, admittedly, and i'll prolly reconsider her)
