I would start comparing not the size of a muscle or a weight lifted but the % progression. I couldn’t give a monkeys if someone’s done 50kg dumbbells but not progressed an ounce in a year. Smaller measures and actions are what get u there x

Not needy at all growth takes time our mind doesn’t. Self doubt can be a critical friend - am I doing what I need to, or a disabled - so tell it to fuck off and trust the process. Sounds to me goals need realigning to smaller steps 👍
