The #seabuckthorn is a wild fruit shrub but it can be cultivated commercially. The berries, rich in vitamins and antioxidants are considered a #superfood. The taste is something like mango x citrus fruits 🧡 Image from an allotment garden.

I always enjoy going to the market! They still have fresh cranberries. Saw some #cranberry and #seabuckthorn juice. You get a discount if you take 3 bottles 👍🏻

Okay, we made saffran buns today. I was a bit time consuming, but worth it. The round one on top is called The Wheel of Sun, perfect on #wintersolstice 😊🎄🌟

Lovely photos Auzzy 😍 And nice eyeliner! Our Benno looks like he’s wearing eyeliner in summer. During the dark season, not so much. I has something to do with daylight & skin pigmentation.
