Hey, if you have bandwidth atm, could you message me? I’m trying to help Mohammad (farmer Mohammed) sell his photos and if you’re actually in Austin I wanted to ask a couple of questions

Do you have a WhatsApp or Telegram where we can talk?

Maybe the receiver on your fundraiser could be the person who gets the money from your photo sales as well? I know some people on Bluesky who use Redbubble, so I can ask them how it works.

They print on demand and handle shipping, so that would let you sell prints of your photos.

As far as I know, most stock photo places want pictures of people for use in advertising, so like people in business clothes, kids playing, people eating in a restaurant, etc. What about an art print website like Redbubble or Zazzle?

There is probably someone out there who knows much more about it than I do, but I am happy to help! At least I could figure out how to have photos printed and mailed within the US and Canada.

We had a couple of fosters like that - I said when you started to pick them up you couldn’t believe how far your hands moved before you actually encountered kitten ❤️❤️

Better yet - his older brother came to visit for a month in the summer and they started dating. She ended up becoming his sister in law. He probably peels the lefse potatoes every year now.

Unless you’ve substantially changed your name and/or your pic is not of you, you are not guilty. Once the post got over 100 likes I did start wondering whether any of the involved parties were going to see it, though!

I don’t know much about lefse, but she definitely used a bag of potatoes. I don’t know what would have happened from there if the potatoes hadn’t gotten eaten 🤣

His defense was that he didn’t think anyone would have made that many potatoes on purpose and therefore it must be leftovers someone had brought from a catered school event. Which didn’t explain why he ate the whole tray himself!

When I was in grad school I lived in communal housing. A student wanted to make lefse for Christmas. She peeled, boiled and mashed five pounds of potatoes and put the giant pan of unseasoned potato in the fridge to cool off. Another student found the tray and ate ALL OF IT. She nearly murdered him.

Not to mention knowing that if you get sick you could end up with hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical debt.
