Obviously, I agree that most games don't need AI and that we should protect the writers, the artists and developers from it, taking their job. Thinking about it from the gameplay mechanic is the only way I accept it.

Have you played Event[0] ? It's an indie game about talking to a chatbot to solve puzzles. It's super well done and very interresting concept. The game is a bit old and was not made with AI but I think the concept could be expanded with this kind of tool.
