therapist will be back from mat leave early next year so hopefully talking to her will break me out of it ✌️its also probably not healthy to not talk to anyone but my therapist about my problems but oh well!

maintenance issues. delays due to min rest adjustments. deicing. crew scheduling never fucking notifying hotels so they book up for the night & we have to sit in the airport in uniform for the majority of the day without pay. the holiday season is upon us.
