I was next to a Waymo in traffic. Every stoplight, it signaled a left turn, though I was in the left lane and it was in the right lane. On green, the Waymo went straight, every stop, it signaled a left turn, always from the right lane, even when there was no cross street and a left was impossible.

I was looking for the source of a poetry quote and after exhausting all other online resources, tried AI. I got an author and book title. The author existed. The book of poetry existed. The poem? Did not exist. For me this was merely an amusing test. But for actual research? AI is techbro junk.

Hi. You might want to do something on the December 1958 fire at Our Lady of the Angels school that killed 92 children and 3 nuns. Maybe before your time but it was a huge story in its day.
