Another season from #DoctorWho’s 70s heyday, another very respectible average score of 3/5.
I rarely have a bad time with the Doctor and Jo, and it’s lovely to give them more TARDIS trips, even though a few of these don’t quite hit the mark.
Onward at last then, to Season 20...

Another season from #DoctorWho’s 70s heyday, another very respectible average score of 3/5.
I rarely have a bad time with the Doctor and Jo, and it’s lovely to give them more TARDIS trips, even though a few of these don’t quite hit the mark.

THE TIME MONSTER
I love a time-based story, and this brings back the Master for more manical fun, but it really creaks when we get to Atlantis. It ain’t no Dæmons!
Instead there are people faking slow-mo, Sgt Benton as a big baby, and the infamous giant glowing budgerigar.

THE TIME MONSTER
I love a time-based story, and this brings back the Master for more manical fun, but it really creaks when we get to Atlantis. It ain’t no Dæmons!

Delves into the dying days of colonialism with aplomb for #DoctorWho, but as with most six-parters, it frequently tests your patience too.
Also of note: Rick James bafflingly being dealt ‘cockney geezer’, and the acid trip lunacy of the Solonians’ final form.
