Did you know that if you go to the eastern end of the platforms at Tower Hill, you can see a fragment of Roman wall embedded in the tunnel? It's not the most impressive fragment, but the fact it's in a Tube station makes it that bit more magical

Fans of Wes Anderson will want to book tickets to the Design Museum's new exhibition, Wes Anderson: The Archives - featuring over 700 items from the filmmaker's many projects. We expect this one to be VERY popular. It opens on Friday.

Apparently, Tower Bridge has a 'hidden setting' that allows the bascules to dip down into the water. It was installed during the 1960s when it briefly looked like hovercraft would become popular. 🤪
