Its ALSO what made HW a great true start for Adi'ir because not only was he influenced by Garuda (yearning for freedom, detaching wordly ties with the grief taking him), he also had no connection to Hydaelyn in those moments. He was himself, and one that could have made him let go of the title

Xhen was the true WoL, but had failed, but it was because of his sister and Adi'ir that made him pick himself up and share his blessing with those who yearn..just as he once did.
Despite just being a guide for Adi'ir, he is finally seeing and living through Adi'ir after all his living years and

as the legend of Prometheus (and in turn Adi'ir's Ancient), they did great things, defied everything, but it was those who were non-Titan/godly that saved them. Prometheus gave others hope and fire to go on, and because of it- it spread like wildfire, and even saved Prometheus in the end.

Even more considering Rhael and those around him that didn't have The Echo at all, but still did great/greater things.
