Today was a relapse/crash day for my #LongCovid
I've been put on antibiotics a hydrocortisone cream for my stupid rash and after 2 years of insomnia my gp has finally given me something so I can finally get some sleep
I must have looked rough as she doesn't give them out willy nilly

I have definitely had snowfall in my part of the world
It sounds so beautiful under my feet when I walk. The crunching of the snow is such a wonderful feeling
