Of course tourists/snowbirds drive through towns like Starke Waldo and headed south. There's nothing to stop for unless you need some Oxy or Fentanyl. That's why those towns play with their speed limits to squeeze the most money out of them. Awhile back it was so bad AAA put up warning billboards.
