Want some ideas for balance training? Sit-to-stand, standing heel raises, toe raises, toe taps on a step, hinge and reach, and side stepping might be some options.
Example beginner balance and lower extremity strength program: Sit-to-stand
Standing heel raises
Seated toe raises
Toe taps on step
Hinge and reach forward
Side stepping
As many repetitions as possible in 1 minute. Repeat twice. Use counter or support object as needed

Progressions: Lower seat, load it up, or hover sit-to-stand
Single leg heel raise
Walking on heels
Step ups on step
One leg hinge and reach
Sideways mini-lunge

includes a picture of a man bendng forward slightly at the waist with arms reaching out overhead.

There is no convincing evidence that yoga can increase bone mineral density in people with low bone mass. Any studies that have been done are very low quality. Yes that includes Fishman Method. If someone is selling yoga programs for bone strength, they don't know or understand the science.

Another option is to put it in quotes e.g., "women's health initiative" to look for a phrase. I searched SCOPUS which allows you to enter author first and last name separately. there were three results (below), only one of which is relevant and it is the same article I found in pubmed:

the reason you probably didn't find it is because you used women as that would not always find "women's". next time search women* so that it finds any iteration of the word that has women in it.
