Spent my birthday in Boston. Went to the Snowport holiday market, went to the North End & got some Italian cake slices. Now sitting in the Prudential Center w/ a mocha & devouring both of these

Just finished Powerwash Simulator 2 & scored my 2nd ever Platinum! I adored this game. I adored the plot & levels, & the new features & improvements were so much fun to play with. Plus this was a great distraction from all the stuff going on. Thank you @futurlab.co.uk for such an amazing game.

Made meatballs for the 1st time just mixing up beef w/ spices, breadcrumbs, & egg then pan fried in olive oil. These came out so good for an experiment.

Fondue night!
Yes was dipping hot dogs and pretzel buns. I am stuffed and happy right now.

Spent the past 3 days running around like a chicken w/ my head cut off getting my apt cleaned up for the landlord/possible future landlord visit. Was so busy this afternoon didn't get to eat. Now everything's done & I'm enjoying a Thanksgiving wrap before work.

Wanted to do this during vacation but never got the chance then spent the next week kind of vacation poor. Now I'm finally at The Friendly Toast. These are the tiramisu pancakes, a limited special. These are godly.

Made some chocolate chip cookies, but replaced the butter with applesauce so they came out light and cake. These are so freaking good

Last night I had a moment by Boston Harbor where I just stared out at the water and all the pretty city lights and felt a peace I hadn't had in way too long. I know pics can't capture the full moment but this is what I was looking at.

Made beef stew for the first time. 8 hrs in the slow cooker later this came out. This came out so delicious. The beef just fell apart & the veggies were perfect. So proud of myself.

Tifa had been texting me throughout the job, but said she had to be someplace & that her friend Cloud would see me off. This was his response. Thanks, my guy.

I admittedly know little abt FF7, but dude why did you leave your giblets covered sword in your friend's bar & why tf did I have to clean it. And what's up w/ the rust? Regular blade upkeep is your friend.

So happy to finally have it my hands.
Sadly the interior was destroyed in transit, but I always intended to use this just for display. Kinda mad but it's not that big a deal. The important part is I have it now, even if w/o it's interior.
