It’s a coup. It’s a strategic alliance with Putin. It’s the end of the post-war international order. It’s the triumph of lies over truth and in Putin’s case, evil over good. We are through the looking glass & we all now have to decide who we are & what we stand for

The brilliant AOC upsets a lot of men a lot, and since they have no idea that that's what's going on they subject us to their inanities, and now I am going to close replies so I don't have to hear a bunch of junk.

Trump’s first 3 weeks have been a relentless flood of actions. It's incredibly hard to keep up.

Sounds grouchy but USE your local indy. We have authors email with a new book who say they are local but we’ve never seen them before. Where do they buy their books? Indies form valuable connections & support newbies, make friends & go the extra mile to sell stuff if there is already a relationship.

The Matildas and Chelsea forward won’t be proud of the footage of her in a police station. But her acquittal underlines that the charges and court battle that followed were a waste of time and money

Reform and red wall seats have blinded both Labour and Tories to the huge number of socially liberal people who want well managed government and closer ties to Europe. Chasing the elderly, working class, culturally conservative vote cut off repels many other voters.

If they succeed, CEOs on Wall Street will once again be free to cheat you out of your savings.

A year today since I was nuked by Elon Musk for writing a column which correctly stated he benefits from racism and spam. The real mindfuck is this was deemed so shocking that questions about my ban were put to Twitter execs by the Irish parliament (lol). 12mths later, that seems hilariously quaint.
Today the Irish Examiner published my piece about the hellscape of platform manipulation and spam that is the modern web. In it, I highlighted that such actions materially benefit Twitter.

Now, for the first time in 14 years, I've been suspended by Twitter. For "platform manipulation and spam".

This is what should be on every front page right now. What's happening in the US right now is an illegal power grab by a private citizen. IT'S A COUP.

It's a digital coup. It's Musk who's leading it. The consequences are terrifying. And it's coming for us next.
