Blue Lake was outstanding this morning! The root-y trail sucked for my ankle, though. #hiked

I spent the morning hiking 9 miles along a river in Olympic National Forest. I came out to news that Portland is being invaded by federal forces. I would like to return to hiding in the woods, please!

I’m on my second year of a beginner/social hiking series! I’ve lost 30lbs since last year and have double the amount of elevation gain from last year - from 600ft to 1300ft! 🙌🏻 Some hikes from this year!
