However, that doesn't mean unilateralism. Allies and partners are force multipliers, and multipolarity is the reality. Failing to adapt institutions or arrangements to multipolarity, or failing to engage rising powers, would jeopardize the US position regardless of its material power metrics 2/3

Number 3 in particular means breaking with outdated ideas and the status quo. Ramping up support for the resistance in #Myanmar first and foremost. Recognition of the NUG, meaningful material support (financially and on the battlefield in line with BURMA Act), etc.
