It wont create new ones or give you ARKit if you didn't have it on the model mind you.

Also I guess I don't filter for VRoid's naming convention so like the A blendshape will show up as "Fcl_MTH_A", I could probably do that 🤔

Yeah effectively. If you import your VRoid model into blender, you'll see all the shapekeys on the face mesh. This add on will create blendshapes proxies for everything in there as they are named. Like what's found here.

I made a little blender add on for VRM models to quickly generate blendshapes from shapekeys on your meshes!

It'll ignore muted shapekeys, assign vrm presets, and combine blendshapes with the same name from different meshes
