Linda claimed the side of the room with more space for her posters, Katelyn claimed a corner for her dollhouse, and Isabella added the finishing touches on the nursery after Alex finished painting before finishing their room. With everyone settled in, the new chapter in the Goldstein legacy begins!
Linda is enjoying the extra space on the walls for her teen posters, relaxing and enjoying the new house. Although green is her favorite color, she is feeling the pink tones a bit more as she notices others at high school sporting pink. Maybe it can be a new favorite? Maybe? Katelyn saw an empty corner of the bedroom and immediately found it the perfect space for the new dollhouse mom and dad gifted her for being so brave in the move! Linda doesn't seem to want to play with the dolls, but that's okay. The new baby will be here soon to play dolls with! Plus, her older sister is introducing her to video games soon since it's apparently a cool thing nowadays. Mom and dad were right. This will be a good move! "This bed, this bouquet... They have been with me through the adventures so far. I wonder what we'll add to our collection now that we are moving up in our careers and even have a bigger home! Especially with a third little on on the way... Oh! Almost missed a wrinkle." "Got to make sure these frames are straight... They look good. Yeah, it's fine. The nursery looks good..." *sniffle* "I can't believe we can have a dedicated nursery. Alex is so good to us and did great with the renovations... A quick snippet of what the move in was like with all of the Goldsteins seeming to have the same thought - should someone call the travel agency for a vacation??? Plus, enjoying the space and celebrating together the new place! Now for Alex to do some research on making the family vacay happen...
First thing the whole family did when walking in was put the phone up and seemingly share the same thoughts of family and vacation together! Linda especially was thinking about how her sister Katelyn has been reading books about other places and they sound interesting to her too. Linda stopped her Isabella by the kitchen and figured that talking to her mom about a family vacation could get the conversation going! She didn't have to tell her that it was partly because of what Katelyn has been saying and reading but surely Katelyn will be ecstatic, right? Katelyn shared the latest adventures she read in a book to her dad, talking about how there seem to be special dances in other places. She asked him if she could learn special dances, too! He said sure you can and asked her what she thought the dances could look like. With a giggle, she started dancing with dad in the living room "I wonder what places Katie has been learning about recently?" The new living room provides plenty of space for Alex to sit a while and do some research while the girls settled into their room and Isabella added the finishing touches to the nursery. The nursery. He couldn't believe they were going to grow their little family again! Alex was more than happy to help paint and remodel the space to prepare. It made sense to enjoy a family vacation before it got harder on Isabella further into the pregnancy and so the girls could enjoy some extra family time before the rush of a new baby arriving in a few months. Maybe they can afford something simple or save up or...

Finally got the Goldstein family moved into their new home! Did have to do some quick renovations before unpacking, but this new home is very promising and much more roomy than the previous home. Can't wait to see what adventures will stem from here 🥰

Both Goldstein sisters seem to have a knack for knowledge, it seems. Katelyn decided to learn chess while Linda watched documentaries. Linda did stay home due to me not updating their room with two beds, not one + a crib 😅 She took a corner for homework though while the emergency nanny stayed near😄

Thank goodness for emergency nanny services!! Not like Linda seemed to need it considering a bubble bath was all it took for her to feel ready to do the homework she refused to finish the night before... It became her don't bother me corner apparently! It was a bit tricky figuring out how to update the bedroom for two girls instead of one baby, but it worked out! Even got to keep the desk in there. Can you guess which bed is who's yet? (Katelyn seems to like pink, while Linda seems to like nature and paranormal)

Isabella and Alex pooled their simoleons into a new family account and got a cute little starter home! Already settled in their combined furnishings and even got a little nursery area started!! Moving fast but I think this legacy will be full of fun surprises at this rate 😁

Cute little two bedroom, one bath starter! Had just enough room for their furniture, including a bigger desk for Isabella's computer and living room space for her plants and easel! It even came with a car! What a deal!! Now just to keep adding some homey touches and keep the momentum going Closer view of the second bedroom where the nursery and study are combined. It fits a single bed with a cute comforter, Isabella's computer setup, a crib, and changing table. There was even enough simoleons for a little collection of books to read to the baby during the pregnancy! Isabella loves pink but too early to know if the baby is a boy or girl, so some neutral white and green for good measure. Isabella and Alex relaxing in their new bedroom now that everything is settled in and the movers have gone. Isabella even managed to save the bouquet Alex gave her after their very memorable and, er, productive first date!

Took Isabella to a nearby spot to practice her new dancing skills and some flirting! She took a liking to a sim, started a date at the bar that led to more chatting and stuff nearby.. With risky woohoo, looks like she's starting her legacy sooner than I thought so might as well keep dad around 😅 1/2

Isabella tried to make friends with a neighbor sim after seeing a bunch of the other apartment dwellers head up to the rooftop but might have gotten off on the wrong foot Smoothing things over and determined to make a new friend to make city life start off on a good foot The smustle?? What in the Maker is that? It does look fun though. Maybe this first night will end on a high note (because rooftop haha) after all! Small, simple bedroom but there's already a sim walking by outside the window so potential friend for Isabella Goldstein New sim Isabella Goldstein at her computer looking up jobs to get set up in the new city now that she has settled into her apartment Cozy yet modern living room space with a sectional couch and cute rug while the downtown breeze comes in from the window. There's also some harvestable pots hiding in the corner for some early simoleons from strawberries and peppers! Saw some sims going up to the rooftop and turned out there is a bar and music! Plus, some neighbors that might be interested in being friends with the new girl in town, er city! Though this dance they are doing seems to be a bit harder to pick up than Isabella expected...

I'm always curious and amused by my #SpotifyWrapped because of how eclectic my playlists can be and this year is no different 😋 though I'm still highly amused at the Mallgoth bit 😆 surprised to not see divorced dad rock again but there's always next year!!!
