for/else is the weirdest thing about Python I've found so far.

The "else" statement is executed if the "for" loop runs to completion (as opposed to being interrupted by "break")

for item in my_list:
___ if meets_some_condition(item):
_______ # found it!
_______ break
else:
___ # didn't find any
