Having fun with Power Automate approval flows in a SharePoint document library, but it's strange to me that there's no way to submit a document for approval directly from Word. Users would be editing documents from a direct link and not see the library UI itself.

OMG some patch in the past week or so has fixed this! I launched notepad.exe today and the language switcher did not appear! Miracles can happen!!!
OK, it's not random. Launching notepad.exe makes the icon reappear with a "phantom" input language.
The way to remove the icon is to *install* the language and then remove it, leaving just en-AU. Launch notepad and it will reappear.

I think there might be some sort of toxoplasmosis-like brain worm except instead of making you love cats it makes you love billionaires. Would explain a lot.

It blows my mind that political parties are arguing *against* "net zero". It's NET zero! You can still do things to fuck the environment - you just have to do something else that compensates for it!
They're literally arguing to be able to fuck the environment without doing anything to help it.

A House of Dynamite was amazing, but it's hilariously unnerving to think about how the scenario would play out with the clowns the US has in some of those roles right now.
