I have another one. Possibly more controversial. Football (American) should be banned. Studies have been done on football players’ brains postmortem (the only current way to diagnose CTE) and found that NINETY PERCENT had permanent brain damage from constant impacts, 99% for NFL Players. Ban it.

This is also why I highly encourage broadening your interests. Find multiple things you love, don’t focus all your time and energy into one singular thing that can be ripped away all at once. Don’t idolize celebrities. As someone neurodivergent I get how hard that is, but it’s vital.

If anyone needs good news- the Global Sumud Flotilla distracted Israel enough that Palestinians were able to FISH without being attacked and brought in a whole huge net of fish. They may not have reached shore with aid but their efforts still managed to bring them food
