I'm seeing a lot of places / people stop shipping to the USA entirely, which makes sense atm, but it's also insane to watch... and really worrying.

I'm holding out to see if these badges I shipped a few days ago all arrive to the US without issues, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous af

a pretty high percentage of my audience / commissioners are from the USA and I often ship art / music related things there. . . so seeing these outrageously high tariff bills is so saddening, and really disheartening.

it's getting harder and harder to get by as an artist and I fear it may get worse

there was one movie trailer (won't mention title) which openly showed/discussed a major character death that happens ~30 minutes into the movie, I was SO glad I didn't watch it beforehand because it's a very unexpected n sad death and knowing beforehand would have really taken away the impact

I found after the first wave of exodus from Twitter it became harder and harder to promote things I make, Building a following and having to start over is hard. The fandom feels very fractured now, communites are spread out everywhere. It's hard out there for artists and it's only getting harder :c
