I think once people stop waiting for one person or one big galvanizing moment to "save us" and realize this is gonna take a lot of work from a lot of people for a long time we will maybe get somewhere.

Went to a choral concert celebrating international women’s day today. It was full of protest, solidarity & resistance. It had dancers & a singer from the Haitian immigrant community in nearby Springfield. It was trans inclusive. There was poetry. And in one speech, there was this line. Perfection.
