...and rereading your post, I guess it was a separate adjoining park (or Bicentennial was larger and got reduced by the track development)? Anyway, it seems there's only a tiny bit of original surface that still exists

Yep, between this and Tamiami the city concurrently had TWO parks with dormant road courses to stroll at their leisure! I remember a car magazine brought some review car to this dinky little stretch about 20 years ago; that's how I learned about it
