Ugh yes I hate that so much 😭 I wish people would be more positive when it comes to different opinions. It's impossible for everyone to like the same thing, we should encourage diversity in opinions and be more open to that!!

Even say why you don't like it, that's fine!! But don't be so aggressive that your opinion disses someone who may like that thing.

Getting tired of hearing people brag about how cheap they got commissions for tbh.

YES SAME I make schedules for four different call center teams (about 400 people) and have been for 10 years! It's been irking me lately that they hired someone who doesn't have any schedule experience for my new manager when my old one was fired (he also had yrs of experience).

Me, for the last 10 years: *has specifically been told to call it a set schedule*

Maybe I am resistant to change in my older years... But the way she said it irked me, especially since she's only been here a few months. 😭
