It could get longer and stranger if the decision re invalid appointment gets reversed and the district court takes up Comey’s other arguments for dismissal, which seem reasonably likely to succeed and then would be subject to appeal

I suppose that if this gets reversed on appeal and remanded, the district court would then need to take up the other arguments for dismissal (vindictive prosecution, improper indictment, etc.) lol
