Successful in wasting millions of $ on only aesthetic changes to a handful of streets downtown that was used to provide him with "pretty" resume material for his planned presidential run. Meanwhile public infrastructure around the other 99% of the city continued to fail and wasn't touched.

I live AND worked for the City. He wasted millions and a pointless two-way conversion project downtown, instead of separating combined sewers that dump raw sewage into the river which EPA required.

I haven't seen it yet, but just based on the marketing of the TV trailers, and their self proclamations of it being the "best new horror villain in the last decade" or whatever, tells me the opposite.
