What MAGA will say is (1) he wasn’t a citizen and (2) if he was, it’s ok they handcuffed him because they released him
This misses the point. US citizens shouldn’t be handcuffed without probable cause. And shouldn’t ICE be catching actual criminals? Isn’t this a waste of resources?
