Isn’t this the kind of democrat Democrats want? If Republicans start to mock Porter for this you know @katieporteroc.bsky.social is going to be very successful.

Porter caught on video shouting at a staffer during a 2021 Biden meeting. DOE’s posted cut omitted it. A day after she clashed with a CBS reporter. Ex staff allege bullying. She is running to replace Newsom in 2026.

A newly-released video of former congresswoman Katie Porter showed the California Democrat screaming at a staffer to "get out of my f***ing shot!"

Over 50’s support for Israel matches their alarm of Trump’s fascism as he reminds everyone of Hitler and the NAZIS.

You’ve gotta be kidding me.

This WaPo editorial presents a misleading revisionist history of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s criminal cases against Trump.

Then it has the gall to compare that to Trump’s overt targeting of his perceived enemies.

Really embarrassing stuff.
But the mere fact that a legal tool might be available does not mean it should be used. The
current rage over Grassley's revelation shows why. Smith showed little restraint in his pursuit of a former president. He charged Trump for official acts he took as president. He sought a gag order to limit Trump's ability to criticize the prosecution. He tried to accelerate the case to try a leading presidential candidate before the 2024 election.

While I’m sure Trump will do what he can to stop voting again, this and / or ignoring the courts will be the trigger point to remove him to restore order.

That will take many forms lol

In abusing the shadow docket and overruling lower courts’ detailed fact-finding, MAGA justices give Trump leeway to lie, encourage more outrageous conduct, and incentivize him to hurl threats. The deference offered should be to the lower courts as finders of fact. open.substack.com/pub/contrari...

So many Americans are now screaming at @nytimes.com, @nbcnews.com, @washingtonpost.com I think they are actually working in reverse for Trump’s propaganda machine.

Russians knew they were starving despite Stalin’s threat to punish them if they believed that lol

- Indicting political rivals
- Suppressing dissent
- Rewriting history

These are all chapters in the authoritarian playbook, and Donald Trump is following them step by step. Now is not the time to stand on the sidelines; it’s time to make your voice heard.

I think that’s giving him too much credit. He likely has Alzheimer’s and has no idea what’s going on in 2025 and is living in 2020.

No American has forgotten that Trump attempted a coup on Jan 6th because he’s still trying.

All that’s changed is that he has control of organizations which sells “news” that no one believes anymore. Just look at the polls lol

Thinking that Trump did something wrong leading up to and on January 6 was the immediate consensus, but the right has dismantled it over the years, and the Post is now on the same side as Tucker Carlson www.mediamatters.org/fox-news/cal...

It’s all influenced by the Russians, with likely money from Musk in an attempt to destabilize the UK.

They heavily influenced the rise of CND in the 1970’s and 1980’s so this is just another scheme.
