Here's my zero-credentialed take. It seems as though there needs to be a war for there to be a war crime. This isn't a war. It's probably straight out terrorism and murder committed by the US. And maybe a crime against humanity? It's a whole bunch of stuff but maybe just not a war crime?

I cannot understand why more prominent Dems aren't speaking out against the Trump-Witkoff-Kushner attempt to vaporize the Western alliance that has kept us safe for more than 75 years....
