Stearns isn't overthinking it. That's the way he does business. He doesn't view a long term contract for Pete as efficient spending. I understand that approach but I don't like it. If Pete goes elsewhere there must be a plan to replace that power. Vientos isn't the answer.

I’m usually so exhausted by that point that I don’t care…until next year when I have to untangle them. I’m going to do better this year.
